When you arrive, we’ll talk through your goals, health history, and any areas you’d like to focus on. You’ll then have privacy to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the table. I’ll check in throughout your session to adjust pressure, positioning, and temperature for your comfort. Afterward, you’ll have time to get dressed before we debrief, check out, get you some water, and you rejoin the world.

You’ll never have to do anything you don’t want to do. We have sheets and practice professional draping throughout your entire session, but if you’d be more comfortable in workout wear, swim trunks, or etc, we can work through clothing no problem.

We can totally focus on an area of discomfort! Low back pain, Shoulder issues, and Headaches are just a few of the things we can really zero in on for you.

Of course! Requests can’t really be accommodated online, given software constraints, but you are absolutely invited to request any and all modalities day-of during our intake.

I’m trained in a wide variety of techniques, and am happy to pull from my toolbox as appropriate. That being said, you are always welcome to ask for something specific if you know you like it (think cranial sacral therapy or cupping) or to request we avoid something if you know you don’t care for it.

That’s the beauty of an all-inclusive model! You don’t need to know the ins and outs of massage to book a session — that’s my job, anyway!

It certainly doesn’t have to be! Therapeutic bodywork does not have to be “deep” or “painful” to be effective. We will adjust pressure to your comfort and goals.

Ish! While there is no dedicated parking lot, there is plenty of nearby street parking. Two-hour parking is available on Broadway, and unlimited parking can be found on the surrounding side streets like Florida Ave

Unfortunately, no. The office is located on the second floor of a historic building and there is no elevator. If stairs are a barrier, we're happy to waive the travel fee and come to your home instead.

Yes! Mobile massage is available throughout Denver and surrounding communities.
